I know I posted this recipe before, but I hadn’t “officially” made it. So I HAD to make it! I always feel strange about posting a recipe on here if I didn’t make it. This recipe is from Normy’s co-worker Tim’s Girlfriend Katie. Best dip EVER! Besides Normy’s Holy cow dip!
1 lb Chicken Breast (I use the rotisserie chicken from the grocery store since its already cooked)
Buffalo Sauce (I use Frank’s Red Hot Wings)
1 8oz package cream cheese (I use the 1/3 less fat)
1 Bottle Blue Cheese Dressing (I like the lighthouse brand and do not use the whole bottle. However much you use is up to you.)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pie Plate/ 8×8 in glass pan
Boil and shred chicken. (If you use the rotisserie chicken, just shred it.) Simmer cooked chicken in the buffalo sauce for 30 minutes.

While chicken is simmering, spread 8oz of cream cheese in bottom of plate. Once chicken is done, pour mixture over cream cheese.

Pour blue cheese dressing over chicken mixture. I typically do not use the whole bottle, it just depends on how much blue cheese you like. Cover dressing with mozzarella.

Once dip is made, you can bake right away or put in fridge until later. When ready, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.

Serve with tostitos scoops.
You will not be able to stop eating this dip until you are unbelievably full!
