Jamies Buttermilk, Mashed potatoes

Start by taking 1 bag red potatoes, peeled, washed, cubed

Put into a pot and cover with water, add about a tablespoon of salt and heat burner to med high heat and boil the potatoes for about 20-30 minutes or until they are tender when you can poke a fork through them

when cooked drain well and pour cubed, cooked potatoes in a big bowl with about 4 tablespoons of butter, cover the butter a little with the hot potatoes so that the butter melts, add 1/4 cup sour cream then Mash potatoes with a potato masher until smooth, maybe a few chunks.

Then add in tsp Garlic salt, tsp black pepper and 2 tablespoons of Buttermilk and 1 Tablespoon of heavy cream and mix…

May want to taste the potatoes at this point and adjust seasonings to what you like…

Eat!
