Meat Roll Ups

One day after working out I needed something. Needed protein and something as I was hungry and well we didn’t have a lot of food to choose in the house as I needed to go to the store, so I came up with these. Would be a good snack if you are just wanting protein and no carbs…

Take 2 pieces of your fav lunch meat – mine is turkey, then take a slice of cheese and start with meat, then cheese then meat stack together and then roll together and use a toothpick to hold them together if need be…
