Sliders by Normy

April 1st was opening day for The Colorado Rockies (baseball) so I had a cupcake order from my mother in law, she wanted mini cupcakes with purple frosting

and a little something with Rockies on it. So this is what I came up with for her:

Then you add in the little something with Colorado Rockies on it:

I hope her and her co-workers enjoyed them! I think they turned out great!

Tonight was Normy’s night to cook us something yummy. He always likes to cook. But I am the cook in this family. He usually doesn’t mind as I am really picky and like things done a certain way. But he really wanted to make some burgers so I told him be could, as long as I could take pictures of him and he had to tell me what he put in the burgers so that I could share with peeps on my blog the recipe. So he agreed, so here you go. Normy cooks us some cutie, little sliders.

So you start with about a pound of lean ground beef, then you add in some salt and then pepper (all to taste)

Then add some Famous Daves Steak Burger Seasoning

Then you add some Worcestershire sauce, make sure you sniff it first (like Normy)
P1680410-1
Also add in some smoked paprika
P1680415-1
Then take a minute to drink the rest of your wifes wine and then go back to prepping the burgers…
P1680413-1
Also add in some seasoning salt. Put meat and seasonings all in a bowl together and mix well
P1680411-1
incase you forgot the seasonings, here they all are, except I forgot to add in the seasoning salt so don’t forget that too
P1680455-1
Then roll the meat into balls,
