Sweet-Spicy Glazed Salmon

Normy was off of work all last week! (Lucky Bastard) Him and his buddy James were off work the same week, two VERY lucky Bastards! So one day they went fishing. This is what they caught…

So instead of catching us a fish for dinner, they went to the store and bought us some fish, so we were kidding around and said they “caught” the fish…
The catch of the day…

recipe

3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
4 teaspoons Chinese-style hot mustard
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preheat grill

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Place fish on foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Brush sugar mixture evenly over salmon;

These men are ready to grill our fish

Then put fish and foil on Grill, on high for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Baste fish with sauce every few minutes. Remove from grill.
