When I found this recipe I was like wow only 4 ingredients to make this! How easy and quick! But then I saw what was in it and I was a little unsure of how it would taste. I was pleasantly surprised, that it was very tasty and kind of sweet. When I was making it Normy kind of made a face and he didn’t think he would like it either. Because it didn’t look very appetizing! But it was good!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl combine the jam,
and soup mix.
Place chicken pieces in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Pour apricot mixture over chicken and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
