Traditional Mashed Potatoes

recipe

8 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup butter
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp of garlic salt
Dash pepper

Place potatoes in a saucepan

and cover with water.

Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender. Drain well. DSC_0289-1
Add milk, butter,

salt, garlic salt and pepper; mash until light and fluffy.
