Salmon with Lemon, Salt, Pepper, Old Bay, Dill Weed, Garlic Salt and Butter

A friend of mine told me if you put salmon in milk for a couple of minutes and let it soak, it takes out the fishy taste. Then rinse it with water…

So this recipe I just went with it and made it up…I’m good at that!

Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees.

So after soaking your salmon in some milk and rinsing, place it on some foil on a baking sheet

season the salmon with lemon juice, salt, pepper, old bay, dill weed, garlic salt and top it with a few slabs of butter

I put less seasoning on Normy’s as he doesn’t like as much as I do.

bake salmon in the oven at 425 for 10-15 minutes, I did mine for 12 minutes and they were bigger pieces and I should have done them for 15 minutes.
