Used my egg recipe I got from Lori again, but did the eggs differently and added BACON!
You can’t get any better than bacon! Bacon makes anything and everything BETTER!

start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees
Get 3 ramekins one for each person
crack three eggs into each ramekins or two if you aren’t a piggy like us!
then add a tablespoon of heavy cream to each ramekin
then add 1/2 a tsp of garlic salt to each ramekin, sprinkle all over the top of eggs
Then add black pepper to taste
then sprinkle 2 tsp of parmesan cheese over the tops of eggs
Place ramekins on a baking sheet
bake 10-15 minutes until the whites are cooked through and yolks are runny, or cook longer if you like your yolks cooked through
While the eggs are baking then you can start chopping up on green bell pepper, one bunch of green onion and 2-3 red peppers or jalapeno. The red peppers I used weren’t as spicy as a jalapeno
I also had some bacon I cooked the day before, and so I pulled that out and chopped it up. Think it was 8-10 strips. if you don’t have pre-cooked bacon you could always cook it, cool it and then chop it up.
heat a med skillet to med heat and add olive oil to coat the pan and add a little butter as well…
add Green Bell pepper and salt and pepper to taste, Saute for about 2-5 minutes
then add green onions and bacon and saute for about 2 minutes
sprinkle a little of the bacon, pepper, and onions mixture on top of the eggs and top that with the red peppers, or jalapeno
