1 pound Macaroni Noodles (I used shells)
8 slices Bacon
2 whole Medium-large Tomatoes
3 bunches Green Onions
1 cup Mayonnaise
¼ cups White Vinegar
Salt And Pepper, to taste
Cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and pour into large mixing bowl.
when cool enough to handle, crumble into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
Serve in a pretty dish with some chopped green onions sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
