I used this:

(Has Basil, thyme, oregano, and garlic)

So this is what I added to my sauce, all on taste

Stir it all together and do a taste test and adjust seasoning as needed (if needed)
DSC_0315-1

Turn heat to medium heat and place a lid on the sauce and let it simmer

While it simmers I made Zucchini Noodles

You will need 4 zucchini and 1 yellow squash washed

I had to cut me zucchini in half and sliced them thinly on a mandolin

Slice all the squash and zucchini and then grab a large skillet or cast iron skillet and coat the bottom with olive oil and turn burner to medium heat and place the sliced zucchini and squash in pan and season with salt and pepper and dried basil

Flip the squash and zucchini and only cook for about 7 minutes. They don’t take long to cook, as they are so thin.

turn the heat off the burner to both the zucchini and squash and Sauce

Give the sauce one more stir

Then grab a bowl and place desired amount of squash and zucchini noodles and then load on the meat sauce
