Paula Deen’s Perfect Scrambled Eggs


4 eggs
1 heaping tablespoons sour cream
1/2 tablespoon water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
(I added fresh dill to my eggs)

In a medium size bowl, beat eggs,

sour cream,


and salt

and pepper

until fluffy. I Added in about a tsp of fresh, chopped dill too, Using a nonstick frying pan, melt butter

and cook eggs over low heat,



stirring occasionally. Stir in the cheese. Cook until you reach desired consistency.


I served mine with biscuits and gravy.

Breakfast today well more like brunch. Homemade biscuits and gravy with cheesy, dill scrambled eggs


Cracker Barrel’s Hash Browns Casserole

Nothing like making Breakfast for dinner!

Love me some hashbrowns. My mom made them a lot when I was a kid and whenever I make them, they remind me of growing up…
Whenever you make something different and yummy for dinner, You gotta have James over!


2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup onion, peeled and chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 11 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray.
2 Mix the above ingredients together,



place in prepared pan and

bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top.



Broccoli with Shaved Cheddar


2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Original Seasoning Blend
2 cups fresh broccoli, cut into 3 inch pieces
1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded
cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Spray 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with pan coat.
2. Toss all ingredients except cheddar cheese in bowl.
3. Lay broccoli mix in pan. Roast in oven for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Return to oven until melted. Serve.



Garlic Cheese Bread

I found this Recipe from my favorite blog The Pioneer woman! I thought MY garlic bread was good, UNTIL I made this garlic bread and Oh my Gosh! This is garlicy, cheese, buttery, Goodness! I can NOT WAIT to make this for my in-laws! They thought my garlic bread was good. Ha WAIT till they try this bread!

  • 3-½ cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • ¾ cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated
  • ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cups (real) Mayonnaise
  • 4 whole Green Onions, White And Light Green Parts Minced
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 loaf Crusty French Bread
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced


Mix cheeses with the mayonnaise and the green onions. Add dash of salt to taste and set aside or keep in fridge until you need it.

Cut loaf of bread in half, then each half into half again.
Working 1/4 loaf at a time, melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet and add 1/4 of the minced garlic. Place 1 of the 1/4 loaves face down in the skillet, swirling it to soak up the butter and garlic. Allow bread to toast in the skillet, removing garlic if it starts to get too brown.

Repeat with remaining butter, garlic, and bread.

Spread cheese mixture on warm loaves and bake in a 425 degree oven until cheese is hot and bubbly, about 10 minutes.

Slice and serve.

Then go workout ASAP!!!

Breaded Chicken Breast Stuffed with Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Broccoli, diced small
1/2 cup Tillamook Cheddar cheese, shredded
Flour for dredging
3 Eggs
Italian Style Bread Crumbs
Olive oil for frying
Cut a slit in one end of chicken breast and work down paring knife inside to form a pocket inside chicken breast. Enlarge pocket with fingertips if needed.
Season inside with salt and pepper.
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain completely.

Stuff Breast with Broccoli and Cheese until full.

Season outside of each chicken breast with salt and pepper, and then dredge in flour and shake off excess. Dip the floured chicken breasts in egg wash (3 eggs beaten with a little water). Finally, coat the chicken breast with breadcrumbs.

Heat a thin layer of Olive oil in a large frying pan and fry chicken breast until lightly browned on each side.

Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for an additional 18-20 minutes.
